HA413 : The Impact of Strategic Human Resource Management on Law Breaking and job Satisfaction Considering the Moderating Role of Spiritual Leadership

Abstarct: Abstract In this research, the effect of strategic human resource management and spiritual leadership on employee job satisfaction and their tendency to break the law was investigated. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and descxriptive in nature of correlation type and seeks to find the causal relationships of variables through SEM.The studied population is the human resources employees of Tehran Municipality and the sample size of the study was determined to be 170 people. In this research, Green and Medlin (2001) Strategic Human Resource Management Questionnaire was used, and SPSS version 22 and PLS version were used for data analysis. 3 Structural modeling was used for correlation analysis and hypothesis testing. baxsed on the obtained results, the strategic management of human resources has a negative and significant effect on breaking the law; Strategic management of human resources has a significant effect on job satisfaction; Spiritual leadership has a significant negative effect on breaking the law; Spiritual leadership has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, also spiritual leadership moderates the relationship between strategic human resource management and law breaking, and spiritual leadership moderates the relationship between strategic human resource management and job satisfaction.
